Salary Range:
Captain: £110,000 – £160,000 per year
First Officer: £65,000 – £95,000 per year
Role Overview
We are seeking highly skilled pilots to operate our fleet of light, midsize, heavy, and ultra‑long‑range aircraft. You will deliver safe, seamless, and luxurious travel experiences for VIP, corporate, and government clients.
Key Responsibilities
Safe operation of aircraft in accordance with aviation regulations
Pre‑flight planning and weather assessment
Crew coordination and leadership
Passenger interaction with professionalism and discretion
Compliance with Bengbis SMS and SOPs
Required Credentials
Valid ATPL or CPL with ATPL theory
Minimum 2,000 flight hours (Captain)
Type rating on business jet aircraft preferred
Class 1 medical
Strong CRM and communication skills
Experience with VIP or corporate aviation desirable
2. CABIN CREW (VIP FLIGHT ATTENDANTS)
Salary Range: £38,000 – £55,000 per year

Our VIP Cabin Crew deliver the signature Bengbis onboard experience — elegant, anticipatory, and personalised.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver luxury cabin service
Prepare bespoke catering and cabin ambience
Ensure passenger safety and comfort
Maintain immaculate cabin presentation
Execute Bengbis Service Rituals
Required Credentials
Minimum 2 years’ experience in VIP, corporate, or first‑class aviation
Safety & emergency procedures certification
Hospitality or luxury service background

🛬 3. GROUND OPERATIONS CREW
Salary Range: £28,000 – £40,000 per year
Role Overview
Ground Crew ensure seamless aircraft handling, passenger assistance, and operational coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Aircraft marshaling and ramp operations
Baggage handling and loading
Fuel coordination
Cabin preparation support
Safety compliance on the ground
Required Credentials
Previous airport or FBO experience
Ramp safety training

4. OPERATIONS CONTROL CENTRE (OCC) OFFICERS
