“Client” refers to any individual or organisation using our services.
“Charter Services” refers to private jet flights, empty‑legs, ACMI leasing, and aviation‑related services.

“Operator” refers to the aircraft owner or licensed aviation operator providing the flight.
“Agreement” refers to the contract between Bengbis Business Jets and the Client.
3. Scope of Services
Bengbis Business Jets provides:
Private jet charter services
Empty‑leg flights
Government & diplomatic aviation
Corporate & executive travel
Humanitarian & NGO airlift
ACMI leasing (wet & dry)
Concierge, ground handling & VIP services
Luxury travel packages
All flights are operated by licensed third‑party operators compliant with international aviation regulations.
4. Booking & Payment
4.1 Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only when:
A written agreement is issued
Payment or deposit is received
Flight availability is verified
4.2 Payment Terms
Full payment is required prior to departure unless otherwise agreed.
Deposits are non‑refundable unless stated in writing.
Payments may include aircraft fees, crew fees, handling, catering, taxes, and additional charges.
4.3 Currency
All prices are quoted in GBP unless otherwise specified.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
5.1 Client Cancellations
Cancellation fees apply as follows:
More than 72 hours before departure: up to 50% of total cost
Less than 72 hours: 100% of total cost
. Empty‑leg flights: strictly non‑refundable
5.2 Operator Cancellations
If an operator cancels due to technical, operational, or safety reasons:
We will offer an alternative aircraft where possible
If no alternative is available, a refund will be issued minus services already rendered
Bengbis Business Jets is not liable for consequential losses.
6. Passenger Responsibilities
Clients must ensure:
Accurate passenger information is provided
All travellers hold valid passports, visas, and documentation
Compliance with customs, immigration, and security regulations
Arrival at the designated terminal at the agreed time
Failure to comply may result in denied boarding without refund.
7. Aircraft & Operator Substitution
We reserve the right to substitute aircraft or operators due to:
Technical issues
Weather conditions
Operational requirements
Safety considerations
Substitutions will be of equal or higher category where possible.
8. Safety & Conduct
Safety is paramount.
The operator and crew have full authority to:
Refuse boarding
Modify flight plans
Delay or cancel flights
Remove passengers for unsafe behaviour
Unacceptable conduct includes:
Abuse towards crew
Intoxication
Illegal activities
Non‑compliance with safety instructions
9. Liability
9.1 Bengbis Business Jets as Broker
We act as an air charter broker, not an aircraft operator.
All flights are performed by licensed operators.
9.2 Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
Delays, diversions, or cancellations
Weather‑related disruptions
Loss of business or profits
Personal injury caused by operator negligence
Force majeure events (war, strikes, pandemics, natural disasters)
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
10. Data Protection & Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
